About me
Felipe Fernandes Albrecht, also know as Π, or simply, pí. I am M.Sc. in Systems and Computation by Instituto Militar de Engenharia. My main interest areas are: programming, data structures, bioinformatics, parallel and distributed systems.
I like computers, but I think they are evil. Because it I try to use my free time with others things, like biking, watching movies, going to some place which I have not been before or simply to read a nice book.
I love biology, genetics, animals and plants. I love to be in touch with the nature, but I really need to have near a device with internet access!
I did my graduation in Computer Science at my hometown, Blumenau, which is not my 'real' hometown, it is Florianopolis, but I really love Blumenau as it is my hometown. I have lived at Rio de Janeiro, where I did my Masters studies and I also have lived at Mountain View, California, where I was doing a software engineer internship at Google. I put some pictures at my flickr account
